🚚 Carriage Terms

We deliver to all parts of mainland UK within 2–3 working days, and to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands within 5 working days.

Next Day Delivery
Next working day delivery is available on eligible items when orders are placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day for next day delivery.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Shipping Costs
• Free delivery on orders over £20
• Orders under £20: £3.99 standard delivery

Couriers & Tracking
We ship using trusted UK couriers including DPD, Evri, Yodel & DX depending on item size.
All orders include tracking, and you will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays
During peak periods, delivery times may be slightly extended due to courier demand. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.
